I paid $73.17 CAD for a Canada Post mail forwarding service. After that, I paid an additional $28.25 CAD under reference number 9485****.
I paid a total of $101.42 CAD and received no service at all. I contacted online support multiple times and got no response and no resolution. Canada Post took my money and provided nothing. This feels like a scam.
Either provide the service immediately or refund my money. Completely unacceptable.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Roseanne took the time to find out why my package was sent back when it was already here and got sent back to the west coast.
the first 2 ladies I talked to on the phone said i should just wait the extra week. Whatever Roseanne did made it get back to me the next day and I appreciate her efforts very much.Still unknown why it made it to kelowna and then got sent back but that's for you guys to figure out.

Watched a Canada Post person drive to my house, walk out with a "sorry we missed you" label already filled out. Didn't even look at a package, all to save 10 seconds.
They never have ANY intention of delivering the package, doubt they organize in their trucks beforehand, and can't be bothered to find them.
So, they race through their shift so they can finish early and do nothing for the last couple of hours of their shift. All while getting paid a full day.

Haven’t heard from Canada post, as per usual.
My correctly addressed mail is being sorted into other mailboxes, and not just one piece, but several, one of which was a hospital appointment. It should be of utmost importance that someone is able to read and sort correctly when working for Canada Post. Unfortunately, there is no recourse for costly interest or damages for sorting incorrectly, so the customer loses every time, unlike others who get fired for mistakes and misconduct.
- This has been an ongoing concern for years

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. There was an error with the tracking information but Canada post was able to deliver it nevertheless.
The issue has been resolved apparently the email i received wasn't correct and package was delivered later than expected, nevertheless I received it thank you.

Horrible mail delivery
Dealt with an abusive mail delivery person today who not only verbally harassed me but kicked our front door. This employee needs to be fired and I shouldn't have to put up with this at my own front door. These people need to do their jobs and stop whining it's not hard to deliver mail.

every time i call for customer service at canada post. I get asked if I want to take a survey, after the call, and i dont select anything.
Then in the following days i get calls from scam telemarketers on my voicemail. I believe this is from canada post to do with canada post.
Why are you asking me if i want to take a survey anyways?
My time is important and im busy and dont want to take a survey and waste my time. Quit doing this.
